To be honest, there are not any energy drinks thus far that are good for you. They have a lot of chemicals in them. I think there is one that is more organic but that is probably still not good to drink. Believe me, I was addicted to caffine.

I have to stay up all night working once a week, and they work pretty good for me. I feel much better after drinking one versus something with just a ton of caffeine. Sub lingual vitamin B tablets work pretty good too.

It will actually give you a lot of energy and lasts for a long time. You might get a little bit of a buzz at first, especially if you were completely dead before taking it. The energy wears off gradually though like regular energy, so you get the same effect of a cat nap. WARNING; This stuff tastes bad. Luckily its only a small bottle. I like the citrus flavor (or whatever flavor the red bottle is) it tastes like really sour lemonade.

Not good for you and you will crash. Try Frappacino if you like coffee it gives me loads of energy when I need a boost. I would not recommend either for long term use as it can be habit forming.
