The best vitamins for your body will include those that you need daily. The best vitamins are found on the back of any package, such as vitamin a, vitamin b, vitamin c, magnesium, and many others. It is also important to remember that many vitamins are absorbed into the body with other vitamins and nutrients. For example, if you are taking calcium because you are worried about strong bones, you need to also take magnesium to absorb the calcium into the blood stream.
The best vitamins are going to be ‘those’ your body needs daily for good blood flow and a sharp mind. Your heart depends on vitamins; your blood depends on vitamins. Without vitamins and nutrients, your body would be sick and die. You need the best vitamins that are made and create from natural food sources in order for your body to best absorb and use those vitamins for your health.
Other sources of the best vitamins are going to be in what you drink. You drink orange juice, juice from pears, prunes and other things. Look at the labels and see what vitamins are included in what you are drinking.
Those juices that are real, made from real juices are going to be the best for your body. Those juices that are adding flavors and such may not contain enough juice to really make a difference for your body. Vitamins that are made from foods, and contain no preservatives are advertised in that manner. Because you want to get the most for your money and the best for your body, look for the best vitamins that are derived from food sources, and which are not chemically made.
The best vitamins are going to be those that you will take daily. So many of our foods today are processed, and is not going to include all the vitamins you need in life. The best vitamins are taken everyday or at least a few times a week. The more regular you have vitamins in your life the best you feel, and the more productive you are in life. Those people who are not taking and using vitamins seriously in their life can feel run down, can feel as if they just don’t have the energy to do what they want in life. Start thinking about vitamins in your life, and how you can remember to take your vitamins every day for the best overall life experience.

You need to take a multi-vitamin. Try Centrum. It has all the different one's you need in a day packed into one pill (so you don't have to take a bunch of different pills). Females of that age, or,heck, any age, should take a multi-vitamin daily to make sure that you are getting everything you need, in case you don't get it from your food.

i am 27 and for the past 5 years i have taken the following vitamin regimen everyday, except for the time while i was pregnant and i altered it, but still took vitamins!
1 ultramega women's vitamin (buy from GNC or vitamin world)
1 gram of C with rose hips
400 units of E
1 pill of folic acid (will help with hair and nail growth!)
2 super B-complex (helps with energy and metabolism)
2 omega 3 fatty acids (helps with hair and skin)
i take all of these in the morning and evening, about 12 hours apart.
if you take them for 21 days, then it will become a habit and you will find that you feel better when taking them!
p.s.
this is a regimen my doctor put me on years ago. anything that my body doesn't use is just flushed out. most of these are water soluble vitamins, which means that what isn't used is just flushed out.
feel free to clear these with your dr, but i've been taking them for almost 5 years and i can't imagine nOT taking them!
p.p.s
i buy all of my vitamins at walmart except the ultramegas. they are less expensive for the exact same thing!
take care.

Equate complete are a good multivitamin and relatively inexpensive at Walmart….Centrum costs quite a bit more (because they do a lot of national advertising and have to pay for it), but it's all up to you.
Edit: I also take Omega 3 fish oil as well for the anti oxidents in it because I've had a heart attack and it's effects on the vascular system are so good.
