I AM IN BIG TROUBLE, can’t believe I’ve just realized it now! I have always been goofing off whenever I’m in lesson… Cause I know that, if I studied now am afraid that it will forget everything when it comes to big exams ya know? but i was wrong. even though i had tutor… till then, whenever I take out everything that i need to revise, I WAS LIKE FUCK CRAP SHIT. YOU KIDDING ME? IGCSE IS IN A MONTH. HOW AM I GOING TO STUDY ONE WHOLE FREAKING TEXTBOOK. COMBINED SCIENCE AND MATH A FEW MORE WEEKS? Am crying my eyes out now, miserable. MY TABLE’S A MESS…. I’M UNORGANIZED. IT’S ALL LAST MINUTE, I’M REMOSREFUL ABOUT IT! I’m a slacker… OMG>____< But I am doing and reviewing my homework though. How am I going to ask for advise from teachers when I’ve been diagnosed with learning difficulties =’(((

1) Priorities your work.
2) Get all things that you need before the exam, starting from today.
3) When you feel exam anxiety you can do this to relax and alleviate the stress if you want to:

4) on the morning of the exam get up an hour earlier and catch an earlier bus, so that if things go wrong you still have time to make it to the exam.
Stress is accumulative and all these little tasks help to bring down the stress level bit by bit.

No, it sounds like you might do better laying off energy drinks.
“…How am I going to ask for advise from teachers when I’ve been diagnosed with learning difficulties…”
You are as entitled as anyone (learning difficulties or not) to advice from teachers. Be honest with your teachers, admit you haven’t studied as much as you should have and find out what they recommend at this point because you really want to do the best you can. Stay on point, don’t ramble on and act like a chicken with it’s head cut off.
Stock up on healthy snacks that contain nutrients and energy to feed your brain (carbs) and keep your body alert and strong while you cram. Get some sleep.
If you express sincere interest in doing your best, admit your mistakes and do better by accessing every resource available to you, that’s all you can do. Everyone makes mistakes, it only becomes bad if you don’t learn from it and it’s repeated.
