I need to stay focused on this project I’m doing and work diligently. However, I’m very distracted right now and I need something to help. I’ve heard good reviews of 5-Hour Energy for focus and such, since it’s mostly B vitamins and some caffeine rather than other energy drinks which contain craploads of caffeine and sugar and get you all jittery until you crash hard. I do have somewhat of a tolerance for caffeine (having used it every day for about two years). My brother also has ADHD medicine but I really don’t wanna snort one of his pills just to do this project. Any help? Thanks!
Is it true that exercising before homework or having music on in the background will help with focus? I’m having major problems right now… Any help appreciated.
