I drink 1 coffee everyday but when I run late to school or work I drink energy drinks…anyone know about any energy drinks inparticular. I drink Tabb and Diet Rockstar.

no not really, if you drink them every once in a while they will most likely not do any damage, but drinking them regularly is bad for your health because it contains way to much caffeine for your body and taurine which is like a drug

they are very bad, coffee is good, but most energy drinks have nutrasweet in them which can cause certain types of health problems and cancers. they also are loaded with bad chemicals that mess with your head and heart. what you need is vitamin water energy, all natural and vitamin b is what keeps you awake. try the natural way and you will probably feel better.

Well i am a nutritionist and energy drinks are ok once in a while but they have too many calories. If you exercise or run after drinking energy drinks u will loose a lot of weight and get a lot of energy.

Honestly no but again its all about moderation. Drinking one once in awhile is fine,but I know people who drink like 3 rock stars in a day. Not a good idea.

I’ve heard & read they’re not as well. Plus, I notice that some have a LOT of sodium, & too much sodium isn’t good. I really don’t understand why they’re looked at as good tasty “alternative” sports drinks when the safest drink anyone should really drink after exerting a lot of energy is water. And, at the same time you can’t drink TOO too much water (although you’d have to drink an obscene amount with no food for it to affect you). As usual, moderation… a couple a week can’t hurt nearly as much as a couple a day.
