my 2 cents….drink them on an empty stomach…like right when you wake up….it will do a more noticeable job of showing energy results….if you go through the school day and are already up and ate food for the past 7 hours of the day…i could see the energy drink taking a lesser affect on you then if you just woke up and chugged it down fast…..
