I always feel tired throughout the day and need some energy. I don’t like coffee or energy drinks, and pop won’t do me any good. What can I drink?

protein drinks- like chocolate whey powder. I think you’re tired for not getting enough sustained release energy from the intake of food. So a whey powder things would be very good for you.
You can get whey, or protein powder from anywhere, get a good flavour, and mix it with milk, or water.
OR…just eat something that’ll make you energetic throughout the day.

TEA! TEA is all natural (well, if you buy natural tea leaves), good for your health, and tastes great. Don’t add sugar to it, instead find a nice, Chinese green tea or Jasmine Green tea. Your body will thank you (mine has- he he). Search the benefits of tea online: the best wake up, feel good tea I have found in CHina is Tie Guan Yin. Pu’er tea is also a really great one.

Believe it or not, apple juice is a good drink. Be sure you get pure apple juice with no sugar added. It has natural sugars that the body metabolizes easily and breaks down into energy. Also, if you’re drowsy, eating an apple will help wake you up and keep you more alert. Its a great tip for on a road trip, instead of the quick buzz and then drop off you get from coffee or sodas. Other juices, like grapefruit and orange juice help too, but apple juice for some reason has been found to be the best.

There is one food that will help keep you awake. It’s not a drink, however.
Because of the natural sugars and nutrients in APPLES, your body will wake up and prepare for the day faster than it would with a cup of coffee.

You can have renewed and sustained energy just by staying hydrated. Be sure to drink your 2 liters of water per day (approx 64 ounces) and you’ll be healthier and more alert
