I am kind of addicted to Monster Energy drinks now =/. Everyone keeps telling me they are really bad for me. It’s not like I’m drinking them every day of the week. Maybe just 2 or 3 times a week. How bad is it? Should I stop?

they aren’t good for you. to be technical food & drink either has a positive effect on the body and endocrine system when consumed or a negative effect. there really isn’t a grey are when it comes to nutrition.

Unless you are working out extremely hard you don’t need what’s in those drinks. They have more sugar than pop, therefore more calories and that’s why they are so bad for you. But if you like them they won’t kill you
