3 is the actual limit per day which is bad enough. Any more and you will have serious complications in the near future. To answer your question for a reall good crash. Take a monter hitman energy shot, and a monster 24 oz cap can. trust me. You will be ridiculously shaky and Hyper. And soon therafter crash.
