Our basketball team starts practicing in a couple of days and i wanted to see if drinking this would be a good idea or not.
Bad idea. They’re loaded with sugar and caffeine, which will raise your blood pressure (which could be dangerous during intense exercise), constrict your blood vessels, and make you nervous and shaky. Then you’ll crash and feel terrible. Stick with staying hydrated with water or sports drinks and a good diet with protein and carbs.

The stimulants in energy drinks affect your nervous system and can make you a bit shaky. I think it would be best to avoid stuff like that.
